PNCC CELLULAR ANTENNA CONSTRUCTION

Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) is now accepting bid proposals interested individuals, entities and or agencies for "PNCC Cellular Antenna Construction" - PNCC RFP #09.95. Attached is a brief description of work. Proposals will be evaluated on ability to meet the minimum requirements and specifications attached herewith, price, experience and reliability.

PNCC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. A submission of an offer of proposal gives PNCC the right to inspect and /or require further information about the item or work needed. 

Proposals must be received no later than  Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 4:00 p.m Palau Time at PNCC Headquarters Building located at Ngerusar, Airai State. All proposals must be sealed and addressed to Palau National Communications Corporation, Corporate Headquarter, Attn: Mr. Richard L. Misech, General Manager, One Airport Road-Airai, P.O. Box 99, Koror, Palau PW 96940 with RFP NO. 09.95 written outside the envelope. 

If email is preferable, proposal must be emailed only to PNCC Purchasing/Procurement Manager, O'Brien O. Ngemaes at email address: ongemaes@palaunet.com, with subject heading "Response to RFP NO. 09.95" and will not opened until the day of the bid opening.

Interested bidders may attend a pre-bid conference in person or telephonically on Friday, april 17, 2009, at 9:00am at PNCC Airai Headquarter. If attendance telephonically is desired, please contact our Purchasing/Procurement Manager O'Brien O. Ngemaes prior to April 17, 2009, for the teleconference call to be set up by PNCC.
