REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) for
PNCC SOFT SWITCH SOLUTION
Competitive Negotiated Contract RFP NO. 08.93
Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) is now accepting bid proposal for its "Soft Switch Solution". Attached is a list of minimum requirements and specifications for the items required. Proposals will be evaluated on ability to meet the minimum requirements and specifications attached herewith, price, experience and reliability. Interested bidders may contact Brenda Tarimel, Acting Chief Techinical Officer, for more details and other information. PNCC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. A submission of an offer of proposal gives PNCC the right to inspect and/or require further information abut the items needed. Proposals must be received no later than October 29, 2008 at 4:00 pm Palau Time at PNCC Headquarters Building located at Ngerusar, Airai State. All proposals must be sealed and addressed to Palau National Communications Corporation, Corporate Headquarters, Attn: Mr. Richard L. Misech, General Manager, One Airport Road-Airai, P.O. Box 99, Koror, Palau PW 96940 with "RFP No. 08.93" written outside the envelope. If email preferable, proposal must be emailed only to PNCC Purchasing/Procurement Manager O'Brien O. Ngemaes at: ongemaes@palaunet.com with subject heading stating "Respong to RFP No. 08.93" and will not be opened until the day of the bid opening. After closing date of the bidding, proposals will be opened and reviewed in accordance with evaluation procedures provided by the PNCC Procurement Policy and Regulations. Proposals shall be opened and viewed only by PNCC personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation process until the award. Proposals shall be available for public inspection only after the contract is awarded. All interested parties will be informed of the results of the proposals at an appropriate time. PNCC reserves the right to reject any and ll proposals. Any person offering a proposal pursuant hereto acknowledges and agrees that PNCC's Procurement Policy and Regulations are bidding on them.
