Description of Work for PNCC RFP #09.95
PNCC desires to construct cellular repeater antenna
systems at various sites located in the Rock Islands and Babeldaop as desired into
your projects below. Interet bidders must submit proposals itemized for each project
separately. A proposal shall include labor and materials needed for constructing
a concrete base to support the pole and/or antenna systems which will be provided
by PNCC. Proposals may be subject to further negotiation before a final selection
is made. all plans and details will be discussed and shared with all interested
bidders during the Pre-bid conference scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2009 at 10:00am
at PNCC Airai Headquarter.
1. Koksai site
Clear area and construct a concrete base foundation to support an antenna system.
Erect antenna system which will be provided by PNCC.
2. Rock Island sites
Clear area and construct a concrete base foundation to support an antenna system.
Erect antenna system which will be provided by PNCC. Sites are located at Ulong,
Kmul a Smiich, and Ngeremdiu.
3. Ngkeklau, Ngaraard site
Clear area and construct a concrete base foundation to support an antenna system.
Erect antenna system which will be provided by PNCC.
4. Aimeliik, Ngchesar, and Ngeremelengui sites
Clear area and construct a concrete base foundation to support an antenna system.
Erect antenna system which will be provided by PNCC.
After closing date of bidding, proposals will be opened and reviewed in accordance
with evaluation procedures provided by the PNCC Procurement Policy and Regulations.
Proposals shall be opened and viewed only by PNCC personnel authorized to participate
in the evaluation process untill the award. Proposals shall be available for public
inspection only after the contract is awarded. All interested parties will be informed
of the results of the proposals at an appropriate time. PNCC reserves the right
to reject any and all proposals.
Any person offering a proposal pursuant hereto acknowledges and agrees that PNCC's
Procurement Policy and Regulations are binding on them.
