  REQUEST  FOR  PROPOSALS  (RFP) for

PNCC EMPLOYEES HEALTH COVERAGE PLAN

Competitive Negotiated Contract

 

Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) is now accepting bid proposals interested entities and or agencies for its "Employees' Medical Coverage Plan"

Proposals must include, but not limited to the following minimum requirements:

• Annual and/or monthly premium
• Contract period
• Benefits Summary (Schedule of Detailed Benefits)
• Provider Information - please provide detailed information to include, but not limited to the following:
  
  * Directory of participating health care providers
  * History and performance of contracted obligations with health care providers
  * History and performance of contracted obligations with client personnel

PNCC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. A submission of an offeror's proposal gives PNCC the right to inspect and /or require further information about the item needed. 

Proposals must be received no later than  Monday, May 18, 2009 at 4:00 p.m Palau Time at PNCC Headquarters Building located at Ngerusar, Airai State. All proposals must be sealed and addressed to  Mr. O'Brien O. Ngemaes, Purchasing/Procurement Manager, P.O. Box 99, Koror, Palau PW 96940 with RFP NO. 09.96 written outside the envelope. 

Proposals will be opened and reviewed on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 @ PNCC Headquarters Building, Airai State. Proposals shall be opened and viewed only by PNCC personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation process until the award. Proposals shall be available for public inspection only after the contract is awarded. all offerors will be informed of the results of the bidding at an appropriate time. By submitting a proposal the offeror acknowledges and agrees that the PNCC Procurement Policy and Regulations are binding on it.
