Proposals shall be opened and viewed only by PNCC personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation process untill the award. Proposals shall be available for public inspection only after the contract is awarded. All bidders will be informed of the results of the bidding at an appropriate time.

Any entities and or agencies offering a proposal pursuant hereto acknowledges and agrees that PNCC's Procurement Policy and Regulations are binding on them.
