TELEVISION SIGNALS
Non-Exclusive Negotiated Contract
RFP NO. 08.86
Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC)
is now accepting bid proposals for interested individuals, entities and or agencies
to secure PNCC rights to carry various television programming signal from the United
States (either simultaneous or nonsimultaneous transmission and either signal originating
from a television broadcast station or from a cable television system) and to supply
or provide such programming signals to PNCC cable system for retransmission. All
proposals will be considered for further negotiations and more than one proposal
may be accepted. Proposals must address requirements as attached on Appendix
A.

PNCC recerves the right to reject any and all proposals. A submission of an offeror's
proposal gives PNCC the right to solicit recommendations and references from previous
and present employers or customers as to reliability and competence among other
qualifications, and also the right to inspect facilities and/or require further information to determine the proposals merits.
Proposals must be received no later than Monday, Jue 23, 2008 at 4:00PM
at PNCC Headquarters Building located at Ngerusar, Airai
State. All proposals must be sealed and addressed to Palau National Communications Corporation, Corpoarate
Headquarters, Attn: Richard Misech, General Manager,
One Airport Road-Airai, P.O. Box 99, Koror, Palau Pw 96940 with "RFP No. 08.86"
written outside the envelope.
If email is preferable, proposal must be emailed only to Purchasing/Procurement
Manager O'Brien O. Ngemaes at:

with subject heading stating "Response to RFP
No. 08.86" and will not be opened until the day of the bid opening.
Proposals will be opened and reviewed in accordance with PNCC's
Procurement Policy and Regulations, and evaluation procedure. Proposals shall be opened
and viewed only by PNCC personnel authorized to participate in the evaluation
process until the award. Proposals shall be available for public inspection only after the
contract is awarded. All proposal offeror's will be informed of the results of the
proposals at an appropriate time.
Any person or entity offering a proposal pursuant hereto acknowledges and agrees that PNCC's
Procurement Policy and Regulations are binding on them.
