TO CHECK YOUR MESSAGES If checking from the phone number that has
Voice Mail service:
1) Call 587-9960
2) Enter # when you hear your Voice Mail greeting
3) Enter your personal password (4-digit PIN code)
4) Press 1 to hear New messages
5) Press 2 to hear Saved messages
If checking from any other phone:
1) Call 587-9960
2) Enter your 7-digit phone number (called “user box number” in voice prompts)
3) Listen for your recorded greeting; when it starts press #
4) Enter your personal password (4-digit PIN code
5) Press 1 to hear New messages
6) Press 2 to hear Saved messages
While listening to a message, you can…
Press 4 to Rewind five seconds
Press 5 to Pause for 30 seconds
Press 6 to Fast-forward five seconds
After listening to a message…
Press 1 to Save it
Press 3 to Erase it
Press 7 to Replay the message
Press 8 to check the Time/Date it was received
Press # to Quit
You must process the first message to be able to listen to the rest. You can press
1 to save or 3 to erase at any time during a message. The next message will automatically play.

CHANGING YOUR PIN CODE You can change your 4-digit PIN Code at any time.
1) Follow steps 1-4 in “Getting Started.”
2) Press 4 for Personal Options.
3) Press 1 to Change PIN.
4) Follow the prompts to enter a new PIN.
5) Press #
to return to the Main Menu.
