SENDING MESSAGES TO OTHERS There are two ways you can leave messages
for other PNCC customers who also have Voice Mail:
• You can call their phone number directly.
• You can send a message from within your user box.
To send a message from your Voice Mail box to another Voice Mail box:
1) Follow Steps 1-4 in “Getting Started.”
2) Press 3 to send a message.
3) Enter other person’s 7 digit phone number.
4) Follow the instructions to record the message.

After recording the message, press 4 to send it, press 5 to send it with confirmation
or press 6 to send it marked “Urgent.”
6) Send a copy to another user in the same manner above or press #
to return to the Main Menu.

HELPFUL TIPS
• The PNCC Voice Mail system is very friendly and patient. It reminds you of all
commands!
• You can press a menu option at any time while you are logged into your voice mailbox.
• If you hear your own voice or the tutorial, press # to interrupt it and log in
again.
• If you accidentally press # after the recording tone,just hang up and call back.
• If you press a wrong key, wait and listen for PNCC to repeat the options.
• Change your Personalized Greeting as often as you like. You can even change it
daily to let callers know your schedule!
• Change your PIN Code whenever you want to ensure privacy. If you accidentally
enter the wrong number, PNCC Voice Mail will let you try again. • If you ever have
a problem, simply hang up and try again.
• If you forget your PIN code, call Customer Service in Airai at 587-2609. Note
that there may be a fee charged to retrieve your PIN code.
