PNCC Brings FIFA World Cup to Palau on Digital TV Channel 65

Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) is pleased to announce that the
FIFA World Cup competition will be shown to all Basic subscribers free of charge
on Digital TV Channel 65 beginning June 11, 2010. Thanks to a special agreement

bring telecommunications with Internet access to the Southwest Islands in partnership
with the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) through a program called “Pacific
Rural Interconnectivity System” (RICS). As part of the “Pacific Digital Plan,” the
goal of the SPC RICS program is to provide low-cost, reliable Internet access to

PNCC Explains Amnesty Program & Collection Agency Referral

Starting June 30, 2010, The Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) will
offer a special “60-day Amnesty Program” for all customers who have more than one
year past due balances on their accounts for PNCC services. Effective through Tuesday,
August 31, 2010, PNCC will waive all interest and penalty fees for customers who
pay, or make installment payment arrangements, for their account balances of more
