PNCC Digital TV Brings New Family Channel to Palau
August 20, 2008
Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) has recently added a new family-oriented
channel from Hallmark called KidsCo to the Digital TV Basic line-up. KidsCo is now
playing on Channel 48, and MTV has been moved to Channel 35, replacing NOW.
KidsCo is an international children's entertainment brand founded in April 2007
and now owned by NBC Universal, the parent company of The Hallmark Channel. KidsCo
was created to be a "fourth voice" in the world of children's entertainment, currently
dominated by Nickelodeon, Disney and Cartoon Network.
KidsCo’s variety of well-loved shows includes titles such as Angela Anaconda, Dance
Revolution, Dennis the Menace, Inspector Gadget, Mary-Kate and Ashley, Rescue Heroes,
Real Kids Real Adventures, Sonic Underground, Madeline, The Magic School Bus, and
Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.
To add KidsCo to your PNCC Digital TV channel line-up, just perform the Restore
Default operation using the remote control for your set top box. Click the Menu
button, select System Option, then right arrow to select Restore Default. Highlight
the box for OK with the left arrow and press OK, then OK again and wait until the
Search bar shows 100%; press Quit to Exit. If you need more help, just call 611.
Customers who sign up for Digital TV Basic and Premium packages during PNCC’s 26th
Anniversary Promotion, which ends August 29, will get free
activation (worth $30
for Basic and $8 for Premium) plus
Back
a free $6 Debusch card (while supplies
last). For more
